The IOD Christmas NOEL paint inlay is sure to provide hours of fun and dozens of great holiday projects.  Noel contains eight pages of Christmas designs.  Each page is 16″ x 12″.

Paint inlays are not transfers or decals.  They’re actual paint that you place on a freshly painted surface so that the painted design inlays or embeds into the wet paint.  I love using them with Fusion’s Transfer Gel for clean, crisp inlays.
